We also advise that customers who intend to use of the product to inspect the components within seven business days of receiving their order. This is to ensure that we can offer prompt assistance in the event that any issues arise. It’s important to note that our suppliers will not accept any claims from Little Pom Pom beyond this seven-day window.

Returning product

As a gesture of confidence in the quality of our products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all online purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your invoice/receipt. In your email, kindly provide your order number and any relevant photos to help us facilitate the return process. Requirement of Product refund:

To initiate a return of a purchased item, it must be brand new, with no indications of prior use, and must be in the original packaging with all the attached tags. Please take note that you have a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt date to contact us regarding your return.

Please be aware that any merchandise that has been tampered with or altered from its original state is not eligible for a return. However, we will provide you with store credit, redeemable for the amount paid minus any discounts applied. Once your return is submitted and processed, your credit will be forwarded to you via e-mail as an E-Gift Card bearing a unique code to be used in future transactions. It is valid for one year following its creation so that you will have ample time to select a worthwhile replacement. Exclusive items to be refunded

Cancelling your order
