Little Pom Pom products are typically dispatched within 3 business days from the Melbourne area. Most shipments are carried out by Australia Post. Pre order

As per our pre-order policy, all orders containing Little Pom Pom products will be given priority dispatch status once the items arrived from the suppliers. It is important to note that the estimated arrival dates listed on our website are subject to change, and we strive to keep our valued customers informed should any significant variations occur. Expect to receive email notifications in such circumstances. Tracking

After your purchase has been shipped, an email notification will be sent to you, including comprehensive details such as a Little Pom Pom tracking number and a link to enable you to track your order status. Delay in Deliveries

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we would like to remind you that any delays caused by the delivery company are not within our jurisdiction. As a result, we are unable to be held accountable for any delivery delays. Nonetheless, we will make every effort to assist you in resolving any ensuing issues.

Failed of Delivery

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to diligently submit and verify their accurate address before finalizing their purchase. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery where the parcel is returned to the sender (RTS), resulting from the customer’s erroneous address or failure to retrieve the package from a collection point (when relevant), we will contact the customer to provide options for reshipment at the buyer’s expense.

We deem it imperative for our valued customers to recognize the importance of ensuring correct delivery details before committing to a purchase. Any issues related to the delivery resulting from oversight or negligence on the part of the customer, let it be stated that we shall not be liable for the consequences or repercussions.

Where the customer’s parcel is returned to us for whatever reason, we shall first contact the buyer to verify the address. We shall, then, offer options for reshipment, subject to the buyer covering the cost of shipment.
